Scholarships are available for persons attending Coordinator or Recertification Training in the amount of $100 for coordinators or $75 for recertifications. Click here for PDF version of the application form and FAQs.

FAQs:
• Who may apply? Anyone who will be attending an LPM Coordinator or Recertification Training Event.
• How many scholarships will be granted? Disbursement of scholarship funds depends on the funds available that year.
• What is the deadline for application? Completed applications with supporting documents must be received no later than June 1.
• How much are the scholarships? $100 for Coordinator Training; $75 for Recertification Training.
• When will I know if I will receive a scholarship? You will receive notification by June 15.
• Who makes the decision about the scholarship awards? The National LPM Board.
• Can I apply later if I don’t get a scholarship? Yes.
• Are there requirements other than this application form? No.
